Why taking care of a child before birth is important? You might be wondering, how taking care of the child who is physically not present is even possible.

All the thoughts that you are creating are directly consuming by the foetus in your womb. If you have any clutter in your mind, it might show up in the health of you and your unborn child.

So, what every Mother who is conceiving or even before conceiving should know about the emotional stability?

Whatever the situation is, every Mother should transform their thoughts from negative to positive. It is one of the pillars to strengthen your emotional stability in any respect.

Once you began to create positive energy, your child will receive the pure affirmative vibration from you. This transforms the pious energy to your child and helps in the developmental process more effectively.

However, when you are conceiving, it’s important to take only empowering and motivational information that boosts your inner soul. All the news and information on violence, abuse, terrorism that makes you emotional should be avoided at any cost.

When your friends, family members or colleagues come to visit you, it’s quite obvious that you might receive loads of information. There is a possibility that you’d talk about others and their weaknesses unconsciously.

When you get involved in such an unconscious conversation, you will be consuming the low-frequency energy from the other person. So to avoid it overall, make sure not to be part of any gossip at all.

We can alter low-frequency vibration to the higher one by focusing on only the good qualities of the people.

Heal Yourself by thinking, talking, listening and doing Positive things

The emotional connection between a Mother and a child are engaged from the very beginning. Any emotion the mother carries during this time becomes the child’s emotion.

There is also an indication that if a baby has any health complication, a mother might carry them. Similarly, if the mother is suffering from any health issues during pregnancy, the child might get it too.

So, for the child to be healthy and well physically and emotionally then healing yourself from negativity around is essential. So, only feed good vibrations to yourself and your unborn baby.

It can be done through a few minutes of meditation in the morning, walking outside closer to nature, listening to motivational and positive speech, reading spiritual books, empowering yourself and others, talking about good qualities of people and so on.

This practice, in the long run, will benefit both of you and to the whole of humanity. So, taking care basically means to start transforming your thoughts for a bright and peaceful life.
